Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Modifications, including assembly, painting, or altering the item in any way, are considered as modifications and will not be accepted for a return.

If the item has been unwrapped but not used or modified, it must be repacked securely and returned to us in a stable condition to avoid damage during collection.
How to Return an Item

Return Authorisation: You will receive return instructions, including guidance on how to properly package the item.

Repack the Item: If the item has been unwrapped, it must be securely packed and stable for collection. Any items not properly packaged may not be accepted for return.

Collection: If a scheduled collection cannot be completed due to improper packaging or if the customer is unavailable at the agreed time, a collection charge will apply. This charge will be deducted from any refund issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is damaged during delivery, please mark the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) when signing for the item.

Failure to report any discrepancies at the time of delivery may result in the item not being accepted for return.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
