5-Returns and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@flatpacksheds.co.uk with your order details. Returned items must be in the condition and packaging in which they were originally sent. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
5.3 Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6- Warranty
6.1 All Flat Pack Sheds products are covered by a 50-year warranty for the gravel grids and membrane (not the aggregate).
6.2 If a replacement is required, we will replace the necessary components.
6.3 Exclusions: The warranty applies only to installations on dry ground and does not cover improper installation or misuse.
7- Limitation of Liability
7.1 Flat Pack Sheds will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
7.2 Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
